Outside of work, Tony and his wife Kristen stay busy with their growing family, balancing their time between supporting their kids, traveling, and enjoying time together on the water. For Tony, every client relationship is built on trust — the same trust he expects from those who work on his own home.
Ryan Austin
Director of Operations
Ryan Austin brings over 20 years of real-world operational experience to Stellar Pro Roofing. After serving in the United States Marine Corps, where he built the discipline and work ethic that still guide him today, Ryan transitioned into private sector security contracting, where he spent years leading teams, managing complex projects, and operating in high-pressure environments across the globe.
At Stellar Pro Roofing, Ryan applies that same leadership mindset to building strong teams, implementing efficient systems, and ensuring every job is handled with precision and accountability.
